11548/A Long Black Piping with Yellow Ends HO Scale

CG Model Trains needed four months and two interventions from my credit card company to fill the order. The order was charged immediately to the credit card in April. The store did not reply to my email inquiry in May nor to my phone message in June regarding the status of the undelivered order. The store created a USPS shipping label and produced a receipt after the credit card company's first intervention in June. Shipment was finally sent in August after the credit card company's second intervention in July. I will not order from this company again.

Would work with being loaded on a flat car or bulk head flat car.
